Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping carrier transit time.

During high-volume drops, limited releases, holidays, or preorder periods, processing times may be longer. If an item is marked as a preorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Domestic shipping times typically take 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather delays, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

International delivery times typically take 7–21 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, and local postal services.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Preorders

Some items may be sold as preorders. If you purchase a preorder item, please allow additional time for production and fulfillment. Preorder shipping estimates will be listed on the product page when applicable.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the preorder item is ready.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of the package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
